    A lot of memories from here as a child. It is a provincial park with a good amount of picnic/ barbacue spots. There is a river that runs through with shallow spots for the wee ones and some deeper swimming by the bridge area. It has always been busy when we went and I am told it is still very popular, so if your looking for serenity, this may not be the place for you. However, this is what would be considered a very family oriented park.

    Night staff were very helpful and friendly. Huge park. Was mid week so no one around

    Great little park. It would be helpful to have more maps located in the park but with a picture of the map it was easy to figure out what trail you were on. There were good receptacles for garbage, recycling and compost.

    Love this place. You can swim in the river. We visit every summer.

    Great place to go for a walk. The trails are not groomed but it is usually really good going.
